Hello, I am Bob Landess. Welcome to my website. The following is a little about who I am.

Originally from Iowa, I moved to Texas and have lived here since 1984. I moved from Texas twice for work, two years at Lake Tahoe while working in the bar and restaurant field and for seven years in Connecticut for my current career, graphic developer/courseware content developer. My current career as a graphic/animation developer and courseware developer/designer has kept me busy for the past 26 years. I have had roles in a variety of areas. In the bar and restaurant field, I did everything from a dishwasher to kitchen manager and for a brief term as interim bar manager. I also have a few years in the construction field where I did remodeling work and commercial construction and held several positions from general laborer to carpenter and foreman, as well as general contractor duties.

I have a variety of interests outside of work. These include guitar playing and guitar building, CNC along with CAD/CAM, and my geek/nerd stuff with the Raspberry pi and Arduino. I also enjoy traveling. I have traveled to several European countries, Mexico, Canada and the UAE. In no specific order my favorites have been Chichen Itza, Brugge, Barcelona, and Prague.
